The apartment was clean, ready upon arrival, and had all necessities for a perfect stay. the location was superb, close to the strip and Levante beach. the staff provided great advice and were very helpful.

I always return to my favorite place in Benidorm. The staff is helpful, even returning my forgotten hairbrush. It has everything I need: kettle, cookware, TV, lift. With the pool, bar, and no smoking, it's perfect for my city break. No regrets!

As for breakfast choices, it would have been nice to have a wider variety of options available. However, this didn't overshadow the great time we had at the hotel.

During our recent stay at a lovely apartment in the heart of Benidorm, we found the location to be absolutely perfect. It was just a short walk away from all the vibrant attractions and entertainment options, yet it provided a peaceful and quiet environment at night. We were able to enjoy the best of both worlds! The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and spacious, offering everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The pool and bar area were also excellent, providing a great place to relax and unwind. The staff at the accommodation agency were friendly and efficient, promptly addressing any issues we encountered. They even replaced a faulty fan in our room the very next day. we had a wonderful experience at this apartment and would highly recommend it to others looking for a nice place to stay in Benidorm.

It should be noted that the apartment did not have air conditioning, which would have made our stay even better. Additionally, the process of picking up the keys was a bit inconvenient as it required a fair walk to an off-site location.
